Everything was as usual I didn’t speak to a receptionist I used the computer to confirm I was at the surgery for my appointment. I was on time and so was the nurse. She took blood and I left. I have now received all my blood results and spoken with my GP who called me to discuss them.

I’m unaware of any improvements that could be made at this time. I am more than happy with a telephone consultation and equally happy to attend the surgery if necessary.

After an early phone call I was grateful to be given a prompt phone interview followed by a checkup at the surgery soon after. All of my queries were answered about my current medication and appropriate therapy.

Nothing could have been done better.

My GP was efficient and thorough. I had to wait a very short time to be called. Receptionist was helpful and pleasant.i

Not at this appointment. I also had bloods taken without a prior appointment and was seen quickly.
